transparency 65
softedge 100

divide your canvas into approximately 1/3

top 169 234 255
middle 78 65 20
bottom 42 92 119

Increase transparency to 85 and paint a thin layer under middle section color 112 71 19

charcoal brush
fill the top half of the middle section
size 25 wide 40 high
using an up and down motion make a treeline on the middle sectionof the canvas and then moving right to left paint a hillside

change color to 182 114 31
sliders to 2 31 11
transparency to about 30
fill in the bottom half of the middle section

fill in back hillside

push up about 1/2 inch from tree base into treeline
and then smear hillside below treeline

paint water drop

running from side to side following the contour of your hillside make a brown grassy area

remove noise brush

blend again following the contour of the hillside
Using  the grass stamps we made a few lessons back and changing the color with the quick color tuners, fill in where you would like (see bottom picture)

Making the willow tree

base 20 branches 7 then 3
leaves particle leaf

angle 160 do the left half of the tree

This can be refined, it is only a start


I also made another tree and duplicated, using the distort to reshape and moved the duplicate to the back of the hillside.


Now I would love to see all the different variations of completing this picture along with a description of the tools used .
