Painting Basics Project 3
(Week 2)
For Week two we will create a picture using various types of trees as silhouettes (things we created in week one of this project will work fine) along with some type of structure .... something similar to any of these examples below . We will do all the objects in black this time so we are worrying only about shape and not color.......... Now I spoke about changing the fine brush option shape. Well this is where we will do that once you have drawn your outline for whatever structure you are creating. An easy way to fill any of the square shapes is to change the fine brush shape to square to fit the area you are trying to paint.

Also if you are adding to the square shape (such as the oriental shadow here) do this first so you can use a straight line option across to keep things even, then when you fill the center the lines are covered anyway.

If you need additional explanation let me know.
Below are a few examples and ideas..........The sky can be as plain or as dramatic as you would like to make it............
